ASK - BlackBerry KEY2 LE not booting, system recovery does nothing?

Hi. Sometimes my BlackBerry KEY2 LE will boot, but only to the logo, and nothing more. Other times, the only way I can get it to turn on is if I hold down power and volume down, and enter BlackBerry System Recovery. None of the options do anything, even after trying a factory reset and then rebooting it.

What can I do? This happened after I tried installing an update, I pressed install and reboot, and it’s been this way since. This is rooted btw, im using this step https://www.google.com/search?q=dianariyanto.com/root-blackberry-key2-le/

Note: Smartphone, Android 8.1 (Oreo) 4.5 inches, 1620 x 1080 pixels IPS LCD 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 32GB, 64GB, 4GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.
