TWRP - how to install permanent twrp/cwm for ASUS ZenFone Go ZB552KL

I allready found temporary twrp recovery for my ASUS ZenFone phone. But, i need this for permanent. Now my ASUS ZenFone Go ZB552KL has bootloop on logo, i allready have twrp backup but cant restore using temporary twrp.

What should i do?

FYI : my ASUS ZenFone Go ZB552KL in lock bootloader status.

Note: Smartphone, Phablet, Android 6.0 with Z... 5.5 inches .

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.
