TWRP - how to install permanent twrp/cwm for BlackBerry KEY2 LE

I allready found temporary twrp recovery for my BlackBerry phone. But, i need this for permanent. Now my BlackBerry KEY2 LE has bootloop on logo, i allready have twrp backup but cant restore using temporary twrp.

What should i do?

Sory for my bad english.

FYI : my BlackBerry KEY2 LE in lock bootloader status.

Note: Smartphone, Android 8.1 (Oreo) 4.5 inches, 1620 x 1080 pixels IPS LCD 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 32GB, 64GB, 4GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.

But, i cant found the firmware :cry:
