TWRP - how to install permanent twrp/cwm for HUAWEI Y5 Prime (2018)

I allready found temporary twrp recovery for my HUAWEI phone. But, i need this for permanent. Now my HUAWEI Y5 Prime (2018) has bootloop on logo, i allready have twrp backup but cant restore using temporary twrp.

What should i do?

Sory for my bad english.

FYI : my HUAWEI Y5 Prime (2018) in lock bootloader status.

Note: Smartphone, Android 8.1.0 Oreo 5.45 inches, HD+ 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 16GB, 2GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.

But, i cant found the firmware :cry:
