TWRP - how to install permanent twrp/cwm for Meizu 16th Plus

I allready found temporary twrp recovery for my Meizu phone. But, i need this for permanent. Now my Meizu 16th Plus has bootloop on logo, i allready have twrp backup but cant restore using temporary twrp.

What should i do?

Sory for my bad english.

FYI : my Meizu 16th Plus in lock bootloader status.

Note: Phablet, Smartphone, Flyme UI (Android ... 6 inches, Super AMOLED 1080 x 2160 pixe... 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 128GB, 256GB, 4GB, 6GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.

But, i cant found the firmware :cry:
