TWRP - how to install permanent twrp/cwm for OPPO A3s

I allready found temporary twrp recovery for my OPPO phone. But, i need this for permanent. Now my OPPO A3s has bootloop on logo, i allready have twrp backup but cant restore using temporary twrp.

What should i do?

Sory for my bad english.

FYI : my OPPO A3s in lock bootloader status.

Note: Notch Phone, Phablet, Smartphone, Color... 6.2 inches, HD+ 1520 x 720 pixel, ratio... 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 16GB, 32GB, 2GB, 3GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.
