TWRP - how to install permanent twrp/cwm for Sharp AQUOS R2

I allready found temporary twrp recovery for my Sharp AQUOS phone. But, i need this for permanent. Now my Sharp AQUOS R2 has bootloop on logo, i allready have twrp backup but cant restore using temporary twrp.

What should i do?

FYI : my Sharp AQUOS R2 in lock bootloader status.

Note: Phablet, Smartphone, Android 8.0 (Oreo) 6 inches, 1440 x 3040 pixels, 19:9 ratio 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 64GB, 4GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.
