TWRP - how to install permanent twrp/cwm for Vivo Y81

I allready found temporary twrp recovery for my Vivo phone. But, i need this for permanent. Now my Vivo Y81 has bootloop on logo, i allready have twrp backup but cant restore using temporary twrp.

What should i do?

FYI : my Vivo Y81 in lock bootloader status.

Note: Phablet, Smartphone, Android 8.1 (Oreo) 6.22 inches, 720 x 1520 pixels, 19:9 ra... 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 32GB, 3GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.
