ASK - HUAWEI Y5 Prime (2018) not booting, system recovery does nothing?

Hi. Sometimes my HUAWEI Y5 Prime (2018) will boot, but only to the logo, and nothing more. Other times, the only way I can get it to turn on is if I hold down power and volume down, and enter HUAWEI System Recovery. None of the options do anything, even after trying a factory reset and then rebooting it.

What can I do? This happened after I tried installing an update, I pressed install and reboot, and it’s been this way since. This is rooted btw, im using this step https://www.google.com/search?q=dianariyanto.com/root-huawei-y5-prime-2018/

Note: Smartphone, Android 8.1.0 Oreo 5.45 inches, HD+ 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 16GB, 2GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.
