I am in big troubles…

Hope you can help me solve it.

As I had LineageOS 14 I decided to go for new updates LineageOS 14.1 I downloaded this rom from HERE and moved to main catalog.

During installing it I got error number 7 in TWRP 3.1 checked and it was probably because I do not have the latest TWRP. So I downloaded new TWRP 3.2 from HERE and I installed it in recovery by TWRP (probably it caused all problems).

After that I got bootloop when I wanted to go to TWRP. But system was working.

To fix it I turn on my Vivo Y81 and log in to my google acount and download latest software for lineageos 14.1 with hope that I will solve this problem just by updating soft for the same version I allready have. I asked to install software directly from settings. Then phone turned off and tried to open TWRP but without result because of this bootloop.

Now when I want to normally turn on my Vivo Y81 by pressing power button it is trying to go to TWRP in bootloop. I tried to go to fastboot to fix it from the begining but now my Vivo is showing me that battery is too low and when I connect it to charger it starts to charge (red diode) for 3 sec and then going into TWRP bootloop… I am not able to go to fastboot…

Any ideas how to solve this issue?
