HELP - Repair BlackBerry KEY2 LE stuck on logo

I need help to repair my BlackBerry KEY2 LE that stuck on logo google. I dont know why, but my BlackBerry phone has been bootloop/stuck on logo after i wake up from sleep. last night i put my BlackBerry KEY2 LE charged.

please, help.

Note: Smartphone, Android 8.1 (Oreo) 4.5 inches, 1620 x 1080 pixels IPS LCD 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 32GB, 64GB, 4GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.
