HELP - Repair Meizu 16th Plus stuck on logo

I need help to repair my Meizu 16th Plus that stuck on logo google. I dont know why, but my Meizu phone has been bootloop/stuck on logo after i wake up from sleep. last night i put my Meizu 16th Plus charged.

please, help.

Note: Phablet, Smartphone, Flyme UI (Android ... 6 inches, Super AMOLED 1080 x 2160 pixe... 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 128GB, 256GB, 4GB, 6GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.
