HELP - Repair OPPO A3s stuck on logo

I need help to repair my OPPO A3s that stuck on logo google. I dont know why, but my OPPO phone has been bootloop/stuck on logo after i wake up from sleep. last night i put my OPPO A3s charged.

please, help.

Note: Notch Phone, Phablet, Smartphone, Color... 6.2 inches, HD+ 1520 x 720 pixel, ratio... 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 16GB, 32GB, 2GB, 3GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.
