HELP - Repair Ulefone Power 5 stuck on logo

I need help to repair my Ulefone Power 5 that stuck on logo google. I dont know why, but my Ulefone phone has been bootloop/stuck on logo after i wake up from sleep. last night i put my Ulefone Power 5 charged.

please, help.

Note: Smartphone, Phablet, Android 8.1 Oero 6.0 inches, FHD+ 2160 x 1080 pixels 2G, 3G, 4G (LTE), 64GB, 6GB.

No! my home is to far from service center :( can i fix this by my self? i have a windows 8 laptop.
